Refund policy

At Prana Poshak, we want you to feel completely comfortable in what you wear. If for any reason you are unhappy with the fit or if the garment has a manufacturing defect, we will happily issue a store credit once the item is returned to us in its original condition.

We are also happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability.

Please note that items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you are exchanging for a different size within India, we will gladly cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. For international orders, shipping charges for exchanges or replacements will apply.
